Question crashing in POE

I recently built a computer and I have been crashing ~2 hours into POE

I am not good at reading crash/dump files and hoping someone here is smart in that area.

The computer is a Intel Ultra 265k with 64 gb ram and a 4060 (dont shame me, bad time to build a system and get a card - will upgrade it later)
I have updated drivers, I thought that it may have been a sound driver issue but that didnt resolve it. I have flashed the BIOS when I set the system up, so MB bios and Audio are current, Nvidia drviers are current. I am running in xmp1.

Crash details - game closes (brief game freeze ~1-2 seconds) no blue screen, nothing else affected.

PSU model?
Motherboard and BIOS version ?
ram model?
hard drives?

any 3rd party tools like afterburner, antivirus, firewall?

what's the temperature while gaming of the cpu and gpu?

looks like a common problem with the game and newer hardware

check Windows with SFC /scannow
check also with dism commands

Bios is latests version 7E32v1A71 from 2-13-25
power supply is a Corsair RM850X

going to run the sfc/checknow as per google and reseting. Will update later

Scannow did not find any errors.
I do use icue for my mouse, and have the nvidia software and msi center.
No special antivirus, just windows defender. This is a fresh install of windows not a prebuild/bloatware stuff.
