Question crashing video games, ubsioft connect etc solved

Alot of games I play with my PC end up crashing after about 2-20 minutes, my PC is pretty high end in my opinion and I've tried to use lots of guides on how to fix this.
Specs:
RTX 3090
I9 14900K
32GB DRR5 6000MHZ
Z790 WIFI
2 TB M.2 NVME SSD
RMe 1000W PSU

(pc was a prebuilt)

Alot of the time I get these errors:
Exception code: 0x80000003 - from games
Exception code: 0xc0000005 - from games
STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION - on youtube

All things I tried doing:
Doing memtests, disk health checks
Updating Drivers
Reseting PC (2X)
Checking for malware with 3 different virus scanners + checking myself
Checking for Windows Updates
Uninstalling and reinstalling games which crash
Running SFC scan
Doing all of the Dism /Online commands
Creating a new profile
Turning off XMP
Reseting all overclocks (never done any except the auto nividia gpu overclocking)


+ currently trying to switch over to windows 11

fix was locking my cpu with xtu to 52x from 57x
