Crashing while playing BF4 (Graphics card?)

So the post says it. I just built this computer a week or two ago and started mining LTC but stopped when my computer would crash in the middle of the night and I'd wakeup to a pure white screen. Lately I'll be playing BF4 on ultra and everything is fine until it randomly cuts out and i hate to restart. The first time it said, "Windows needs to shut down and is collecting data" the second time which just happened my left monitor turned red my right one turned blue and i heard a really fast clicking coming out of my speakers (assuming whatever BF sound was playing was just looping at a high speed.) When my graphics card is running at 100% it is typically at 74 ish degrees and 73% fan although admittedly i haven't been watching it and overheating could be the blame i suppose but the card is brand new and i never have any other issues. Any ideas?

Here is a link to my reddit post about the build which has all of the stats as well as a quick write up and photos. I'm just including maximum info here sorry if its too much! http://www.reddit.com/r/buildapc/comments/1t1bd0/build_complete_gabens_will_my_first_build/

Solution
Had this issue briefly with my 270x. Boot into safe mode, run driver cleaner (linked below works like a charm) and check off delete AMD folders. Chose the option that restarts automatically and then reboot normally in Windows. The driver cleaner has an option that will prevent Windows from automatically reinstalling the default OS drivers when you reboot, which is crucial to prevent conflict when installing CCC.

Do a clean install of the the most current CCC. Also, you might want to consider going into CCC and looking at the AMD Overdrive tab. Accept the disclosures to activate Overdrive and then manually turn it off. Not turning OD off can give you troubles too from what I've read...

I really appreciate the fact you included so much info however.. I really don't see what's wrong with your build.. Your PSU is fine... your CPU is great so there shouldn't be any bottlneck..

It could be a faulty BIOS.. try installing the latest bios for that motherboard, could solve the issue

Sounds a lot like there is either something wrong with your GPU or it just overheats.

Now i guess in theory it is also possible that the PSU is crapping out on you, but that should be a pretty solid PSU.

One thing which you could try is running the machine with the side open and see if you still get the crashes.
If it doesn't could be a simple airflow problem inside the case.
