[SOLVED] crashing ?

Hi, so after the new windows update every app is crashing when I run it, i tried to open my video editing software, it does crash, my games, crash, i even tried to format my pc via Reset this pc option crashes when i open it, whats wrong with it ? i can format it via flash drive but i wanted to know if its possible to fix before i remove everything.
edit: ive seen someone had the same problem [kind of it] because asus gpu tweak II, could it be the problem ?

Fixed, Gpu tweak II OSD was causing the problem, not GPU tweak II it self.
