[SOLVED] create outlook plugin

Hi,

1. I have outlook at work and need to set folders colors. I know it is not possible to do as a simple user. Is it possible to do it by creating a plugin ? how do I create a plugin ?
2. I have timetables in word. I manually make meetings in outlook for that time tables. Is it possible to create a plugin that takes the time table in word and creates a meeting in outlook ?
3. After sending a meeting and the recipient accepts it, I want the color of the meeting to change to a custom color automatically. Can it be done ?

Either download and install something someone else has already created
or
Write your own (this requires some programming)
