Creating A File From an App on an Android to Save info to

Hello! Does anyone know how I could create a file from an app on an Android that I can output saved info from the app to view in the file? Basically Notes for Android.

What app you want to capture info from? Is this app designed to operate with files? Or stores info "in the cloud"?
