Creating partitions in Windows 7

I'm using MiniTool Partition Wizard Home Edition v7.7. I deleted all my partitions to clean install, however, my "C:" went away and don't know how to get it back. When I create the partition, the box that comes up does not give me the option to select a letter. How can I assign it using this program?

The assign letter option is grayed out. The partition has been set to "active" but still, I can find a way to assign it a letter.

Don't worry about having no drive letter. The letter is assigned automatically by Windows Setup.

There is no need to assign a letter for it. You could directly create a new partition with the same letter to replace the original one in "Disk Management".
