I loved Total War for a while. And then I found Europa Universalis IV.
I would love to see a Total War that focuses on 4X, rather than the real time battles. I imagine it'd be really cheap for them to do (of course it wouldn't be as good as EU4, but that's not what I'm asking) and it'd sell like crazy, and maybe be even well received if they have a vision.
Unfortunately, vision is not a thing known to Creative Assembly for many years :\
