Oi, I said the brand and model. If you're able to access your desktop screen, open up task manager > click the 'performance' tab > click on your disk > and tell me what this is for you (whatever is circled in red on your screen):

If you can't access the computer because of the BSOD, then open your laptop and try to take out your drive. Maybe there's an issue with it physically.

I'm seeing there's a lot of software conflict issues with your drive.

To check for bad sectors first try this:

Search 'cmd' in your windows search bar > right click on the command prompt option and open as administrator > type, "chkdsk /f /r" > if there are no problems then your drive is not defective

Your next best bet is to update the firmware if you're feeling confident enough to do so:

Instructions are in the links.

i tryed "chkdsk /f /r " but i still get error, will firmware update fix the problem ?

Can i use any program for check if my ssd is dead or damaged?

You can use 'Crystaldiskmark info'.
Or use this windows based method:
https://www.geckoandfly.com/21498/check-repair-hard-disk-bad-sector/

Have you updated the firmware yet by the way?
https://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=cwx68

Or you can try going to 'device manager' > look for your drive in the list of devices > right click on the drive label > click 'update' option > let it search and if nothing is found click the 'update over the internet option'. Should be the top option.

Sometimes windows doesn't find the driver so you should do it manually in the link above.

Seatools: pass,
diskcrystalinfo: health status good,
properties>tools>check: pass,
diskcrystalmark: i think pass,
EaseUS Partition Master: surface test no bad sectors,
Macrorit Disk Scanner: no bad sectors,

it means SSD is not damaged ?

Most likely. Then that means the issue is software incompatiblity. If you've reisintalled windows and still get the same problem, then the issue either lies with the firmware of your drive or another component of your Laptop, which doesn't seem likely since it's a CRITICAL error with the OS itself. Thus most likely the firmware.

Wouldn't know, the BSOD doesn't provide that information. The only option would be the CPU but that's the least likely scenario. In my professional opinion it should be the software incompatibility with windows and your specific SSD/firmware. Let's hope the update to the firmware works.

i still get error

may it caused by overheating or moveing laptop?

Moving laptop, not likely. Overheating is a possibility. Monitor your temps with that tool I told you,' crystaldiskmark info'. There is another risky move and that's to clean your windows registry files (which are files that are vital for windows to locate the directory of specific programs and other important files). You can use the program CCLeaner and their registry cleaner feature.
https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/download
Just choose the free option.

Make sure you've been rebooting your computer manually after doing these risky procedures.

How exactly did you reinstall windows? Did you use the media creation tool to install from scratch, deleting all existing partitions when going through the installation setup?

Did you install all drivers after you installed Windows? You can get them all from the product support page, except for the VGA driver which you should get directly from Nvidia. What BIOS version do you have? Should be able to see which version by booting into the BIOS.
