Hmm, it does seem like the issue has to do with your SSD as Newtonius thought.

I'm not sure how to check how old the laptop is, I had assumed you bought it new such that you'd know how long ago you bought it. How long have you had it? Have you had these issues for as long as you've owned it?

what can i do ? will it damage other components ?

Check the correct seating of the SSD inside the laptop. Remove it and reconnect it two times, to be sure there is no connection issue.

Which BSOD exactly is showing up? You can use a tool like bluescreenview for this and post a screenshot of it

Which firmware version is currently installed on the LITEON drive ? The tool crystaldiskinfo can show it to you.

The laptop should have 2 years warranty, is it older?

bluescreenview dont shlwing any dump

i bought tgis laptop from reseller so i dont have warranty(10 months ago)

minidump folder isn't set up by default - op messaged me, shame didn't give me link so I repeated some of advice already suggested.

minidumps - Can you follow option one on the following link - here - and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD - that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD

copy that file to documents
upload the copy from documents to a file sharing web site, and share the link in your thread so we can help fix the problem'

critical process died surviving a install would make me look at ssd too, but it seems okay.
could have used - https://support.wdc.com/downloads.aspx?p=2 as well to test drive, its bootable. And its from Western digital

screen turning off looks like GPU drivers. That seems obvious, just which one as laptop has intel and Nvidia. = https://www.msi.com/Laptop/support/GE62VR-7RF-Apache-Pro#down-driver&Win10 64

Need to look at dumps before guessing.

maybe it caused by GPU driver?
i update my gpu driver again and i think its fixed

It's not a critical process but with windows it could've been anything that was causing it. Hopefully that did resolve it but I do recall you saying that you already updated all your drivers. I guess only time will tell now. Keep us updated so we can inform others of this fix, if that is the actual fix...
