Hey guys, new here, and I've decided to make a gaming PC. I've watched a video on a mid price build, but I also need to buy a monitor and OS. This is what I've got:

Do you have any critiques? Is it worth dropping down the CPU to and and in exchange for a better gpu? Or is mine good enough? Btw I mostly plan on playing skyrim with high settings and a large amount of mods.

Thanks guys!

I would drop two of those hard drives and put the money into a video card.

You don't need the bleeding edge of graphics, but even a cheaper one would give you a lot more power than the i3 on board graphics.

Otherwise it's a pretty solid budget build. It's not going to blow anyone away, but it'll get the job done.

P.S. For what you're paying for that 3TB HD you could get a MUCH faster 1TB SSD, which I have found to be plenty of space.
Is there no video card? You won't be playing Skyrim on Intel Integrated Graphics. An AMD option has a better iGPU at the cost of lower CPU performance. If you could go up to an A10 you might have a decent system but that is more of a budget/office sort of computer.
