Yep. The model of the cards doesn't matter as long as they have the same specs. They'll automatically go to the same clocks if they aren't already; you can overclock them together if you want.
Yes as long as you have the slots and the PSU for it. The cards do not automatically run at the same clocks, but it's a good idea to set them at the same clocks. If you overclock, make sure you have good case ventilation so that one card doesn't heat up and produce artifacts.

Asus Crosshair IV Extreme with Cooler Master 1000W Silent Pro Gold are my MB and PSU also i use Smart Doctor ( asus based) to OC my Gpu, afterburner wont let me change voltage....
