Crossfire Quition

Hey, i have a Asus 6970 Direct Cu II i was wondering if i could Set up Crossfire action with a refrence 6970 ?

Yep. The model of the cards doesn't matter as long as they have the same specs. They'll automatically go to the same clocks if they aren't already; you can overclock them together if you want.

If you don't have MSI Afterburner here it is for you. If you don't know what it is. It is a way to help watch your temps adjust the OC setting up or down check your frame rates and GPU usage. It is a cool little program.

Yes as long as you have the slots and the PSU for it. The cards do not automatically run at the same clocks, but it's a good idea to set them at the same clocks. If you overclock, make sure you have good case ventilation so that one card doesn't heat up and produce artifacts.

^Good point on the PSU. Make sure you have a decent model; the wattage on the side isn't the half of it.

Asus Crosshair IV Extreme with Cooler Master 1000W Silent Pro Gold are my MB and PSU also i use Smart Doctor ( asus based) to OC my Gpu, afterburner wont let me change voltage....

You'll be fine, then. I wouldn't mess with voltage much, though. That can seriously shorten the lifespan of your components.
