Crosshair VI hero LEDs running 24/7 no matter what

It really annoy me. No matter what i do its lit up all the time when i turn off pc (the only way to fix it is to manually switch off psu,..). Yes i tried these s4 s5 options in bios none seem to work. not only my motherboard is lit up but also my cpu fan that is connected to usb2 port. is there any hope?

ok so now it kind of worked? i picked the s5 option and it did the trick but still my cpu fan is lit up. my guess is its still giving out power to the usb ports and since the cooler leds are connected to usb 2 so.. well yea..

and also now my motherboard, ram and gpu leds are not working even if the pc is turned on which is a big
no no for me
