Question Crosshair VIII Hero is hanging on Q-code 06

I installed my new motherboard (an X570), CPU, and transferred over my memory and GPU. Initially I had the AIO in the AIO plug but got a post error for CPU fan issues. I moved it to the CPU fan plug and now bootup hangs. It is showing Q-code 06 which says it is reading microcode. Has anyone encountered this?

Tonight I will be trying one workaround. A post I came across stated that the 06 code indicates a problem reading the BIOS and a BIOS refresh should fix it. So I am updating/refreshing the BIOS to see if it then boots up.
