Crowning Troubles

My best PC... Level 26 gnomish elementalist. I do not use many spells,
just skullcrusher+protecter. I went to the casino, and won about 500k
gold. I sacced it at dwarftown, got absoulutely close. Prayed, and
then, quoting the game "You sense a stain on your relationship with
Gnarl..." What does this mean, and how do I get crowned?

You're cursed or doomed (since you're absolutely close, you must have a
cursing/dooming item equipped like the crown of science or executor)

You are doomed or cursed, and since you just sacced a load (which would
normally remove them) they must be coming from an item. Check everything
you are wearing for something that dooms or curses you and remove it
before praying again.

Frobnoid, hope you don't think I am having a go at you, since I am not,
but is your system clock set incorrectly? I ask because I just noticed
this reply to The Programdude's post, after checking for one and making
my own when I didn't see one. His post is dated 08/02/2005 22:39, and then
yours is 08/02/2005 16:25 - over 6 hours *before* the post you are replying
to. I didn't notice it seen it was further down in my newsreader, amongst
a load of already read posts.
