[SOLVED] Crucial BX500 SSD working super slow on Windows 11 ?

Hi, I hope all of you are doing fine. If you are, then please help me out here.
Here are my laptop specs:

Core i5 7200u
8GB DDR4 3200mhz ram,
Geforce GT 940mx 2gn gddr5 gpu
1TB Seagate SSD
240GB Crucial BX500 SSD

I bought the Crucial BX500 ssd about a month ago to speed up my old laptop but yesterday suddenly laptop got very choppy. I ran crystal disk mark and my read speed was 550 MBPS and write speed was just 10MBPS . In task manager, ssd response time is 20000ms and its mostly at 100% usage. It has 73% free space.

I also upgraded to Windows 11 with clean install and issue was fixed, but after 2 days the same happened again. I also tested ssd using crucial toolbox and as far as I can see, drive seems healthy and it also passed self test.

Please help me.

your PC isnt windows 11 compatible, as such performance might be a bit slower than with supported hardware
win 11 supported intel CPUs

Same issue on windows 10. Everything works fine after rolling back with windows recivery and it gets <Mod Edit> again after 3-4days
