Question Crucial firmware not determined

Today i noticed in Crucial Storage Exectuve app a new thing saying "Firmware not determined" and "Set proxy settings" "Proxy host - Proxy port" these were never there before.I tried to reinstall app,download firmware and driver from the website,run self test and its stillthere.What does this even mean ? because next to that i can see firmware revision code and serial number.

Yes that one since im using crucial t500 1tb.What do you mean by "storage environment" ? 715/930gb is free,self test shows its healthy,ahci turned on.Pc is 7800x3d,b650 tomahawk,7900gre,g.skill 32gb.

Other drives: make, model, capacity, how full, connectivity, RAID?

As a starting point open the Disk Management window.

Expand the window so all can be seen..

Could the "proxy" references be an indication that Crucial's "firmware server" cannot be reached? Would turning off VPN help??
