Crucial MX200 250GB SSD problem

Hi, 2 months ago I bought this SSD..everything seems fine when I installed it to my Asrock Z87 extreme4 MB. write&read speed is within the reasonable range. Today I just reinsall my OS (windows 8.1)and when I test it with AS SSD benchmark it's like only the half speed as usual.. 250~300MB/s. Before it's like 500~600 MB/s. I am certainly the 4K alignment and AHCI is all set and turn on. and install the lastest Intel RST driver. but it's just test out to be half speed. What might be the cause to this problem??? Anyone can solve?? THanks
