[SOLVED] Crucial mx500 m.2

My seagate firecuda 1tb hdd died randomly so i decided to buy a crucial mx500 1tb m.2 ssd but it wont get detected by my pc. any solutions?
On the crucial website it says its compatible
Ryzen 5 1500x
Asrock ab350m pro 4
16 gb ram 4x8
msi gtx 1070 gaming 8g
thermaltake smart pro rgb 650w

u have two m.2 connectors
first one (near CPU), will not support your m.2 drive, its nvme only
second one (near silver asrock heatsink) should support your m2 drive
