Question Crucial P3 2TB M.2 PCIe Gen3 NVMe Slow boot speed

I have a:

Crucial P3 2TB M.2 PCIe Gen3 NVMe​

and my boot speed is taking about 60-90 seconds. When I open task manager on bootup, the drive is at 100% but the registered read/write speeds are much slower (see picture). Is this normal and any ideas how to remedy?

The drive is on the latest firmware and there aren't too many startup apps. The drive is not in a Sata port.

i9 13900K
64GB DDR5
RTX A4000
Windows 11
ProArt Z690
850w PSU

Do you have any aggresive anti virus progs in startup such as Mcafee, norton ?
Can you screenshot your startup list ?
How long does the 100% last before it settles down ?
On the Processes tab, sort it by DISK and what process is hammering it ?

Same problem on Dell G15 5510 with P3 4TB.

Spoiler: Nvm, confused with other SSD. Same problem there.

No problems on Clevo P751DM2-G with P3 4TB.
Seems to be a CPU/PCIe-Bottleneck on some PCs.
