I would think that RAM would work to around 110 or 115, but with that VIA chipset, I doubt you will get it stable that high anyways. I think 107-110 is pretty much standard with that chipset.

The problem with your setup is not only the memory. The KT133 chipset does not overclock very far. Few have gotten past 107 MHz FSB which on the KT7 puts your memory at either 107 Mhz or 143 Mhz. The reason for this is that the memory on the KT7 can only be clocked one of two ways, Host clock (same as FSB) or Host Clock + PCI clock. The PCI clock is set to 1/3 FSB. 107 + 107/3 = 143 Mhz (using the example speed). 143 Mhz is most likely beyond the capability of your PC-100 memory. That leaves you with the other choice of 107 Mhz (again, the example speed).

Another poster indicated that you can't get the cruciall PC-100 memory to go beyond 124 Mhz. So even the non-overclocked option of Host + PCI, or 133 Mhz, will be out of reach.

Replace your memory with good PC-133 memory and you'll get better results. You still will be limited by the KT133 chipset.

Hm... actually, PC133 is found to be cheaper a lot of the time.
