CRYORIG H5 Universal vs Ultimate

Can anyone help me with the major differences between the two? I currently have the universal as part of my build, but would like to substitute the ultimate to stay with the color scheme of my build.

I dont see a difference, just the noise level and CFM. Both seem compatible with my build as well.

The ultimate cools better, but the Universal is compatible with all configs having zero ram interference .

The universal just have a slimmer fan.

They use different fans. The universal uses a slimmer fan to avoid memory conflicts.

Yep looking at the specs for the cooler and ram. The ultimate has a memory restriction of up to 35mm(adjustable fan position) and the ram you have chosen is 42mm, So the ultimate will interfere with the ram you have chosen, you would not be able to use the black slot closest to the cpu.

Honestly, i would just go with the Cryorig H7. Excellent bang for buck and zero ram interference. And it's quiet.

I OWN BOTH and they cool exactly the same , I like the Universal with 0 ram interference. Slimmer fan and white cover on top , the Ultimate , thicker fan and black cover on top.
