Cryorig H7 and M.2 SSD Compatibility

Hello again,
Here is my parts list. It shows what parts I don't have yet and when parts I have already purchased: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Uni15/saved/3brZxr
My question is if an M.2 SSD will be compatible with the Cryorig H7 CPU cooler on the ga-z170n-gaming 5. The plate on the back for the CPU cooler is very close to where the M.2 is supposed to go and I don't know if it will be in the way of it or not.
Can anyone help me with this?

The back plate should only span a bit over the size of the 4 holes, if it blocked the M.2 slot it wold not work with the motherboard at all (because the actual connector would be in the way).
