cryorig r1 ultimate vs Raijintek EreBoss

which is better, getting told the Raijintek EreBoss is better than the noctua nh-d14 but a few benchmarks are saying even my h55 is better than the Raijintek EreBoss.

mines an i7 4790 at stock (obvs lol) and his is an i7 4690k at 4ghz. i know it cant be right but ive tried everything, different fan positions, different thermal paste, you name it.
