Cryorig R1 Universal Air Cooler with Ryzen 2700x

I am buying an AMD Ryzen 7 2700x processor. I might do a little bit overclocking as well. I am planning to get a Cryorig R1 Universal Air Cooler for the cooling solution.

Will it be able to keep the 2700x cool with moderate overclocking?

Also, I'm hoping it'll fit well with ASUS ROG Strix x470-f Gaming motherboard, when RAMs are mounted & no clearance issues.

Usually with atx boards there aren't as many issues. I usually recommend gskill ram, but if you have Major fitting concerns consider Corsair lpx ram as it'll fit under most heat sinks
