Question crystal disk info health status of drive - "Caution"

I have a 5 TB WD passport drive which has suddenly started to give a "caution" warning in crystal disk info. From what I can see the issue is with reallocated sectors count. current: 197; worst: 197; threshold: 140.

Does this indicate the drive is not safe to use anymore?

Is it failing or is there something I can do which might fix the issue?

What is the state of your current backup routine?

The drive is very sick (attributes 1, 5 and C4). Time to back up your data and replace it.

Odds are good the drive is on its deathbed.

It may live for a while ... or it may die tomorrow.

Hope you have a backup. You may not be able to get one now..
