Question CrystalDiskInfo showing "Unknown" ?

I recently bought 2x Seagate EXOS x16 14TB Hard Drives along with a Qnap 4 Bay TR-004 DAS and when using CrystalDiskInfo, for some reason it is showing Unknown? Attached below is the screenshot

PS: The drives are completely working fine and were bought new last week.

Can't see it properly thru NAS.

Smartmontools has support for some QNAP products. I don't know if its Windows port (GSmartControl) has the same support, though.

so is there a way to see the status of the drives? I basically just wanted to see if the drives been used before (like the hours used or how much data has been written on it) because I bought them new

Connect to pc dirrectly with sata cables (instead of USB enclosure).
