CS:GO Black Bars Help (AMD Crimson Driver)

I´ve got a Problem with the Game Counter-Strike. I would like to play it on 4:3 with Black Bars but on the 4:3 Resolution it is stretched. I already selected "Maintain Aspect Ratio" in the AMD Settings.
