CS:GO FPS drops from 300 to 200 after grenades

I will say right away, before that problem everything was cool, my fps was 300 stable. Now there were fps drops during a long game, this is especially noticeable when grenades explode in front of me, and if close to the Smokes and the molotovs are burning near me, my crosshair and screen is already twitching, not smoothed and i worried about this...

The main question is, why does it lag so much in me when 200 fps, when others plays with 200 fps and they have it all smoothed, but me with a stable 300 fps and drops to 200 in an action(smokes, molotovs, after long time playing) it’s lags very strongly, NOT SMOOTHED and can’t normall aim

8gb ram
Motherboard Asus z97p
Monitor 144hz

Could be driver problem or overheat.

Cap your FPS @ 200 and then you'll be smooth.
