Hello everyone!
I have a problem with my SSD, it's hard to describe it for me cause my english is very low so i apologize for it :/. Maybe i should describe it by list:
-CS:GO installed on SSD
-When i turn on CS, FPS while start video is normal 116 FPS as i configured in console
-Then when video window is becoming main menu window fps falls down to +/- 40 FPS and it never grows up
-When i minimalize and maximize CS it's "fixed" but when i chose another menu again FPS falls down
-Same is when i start match; there is no more than 45 FPS and when i minimalize and maximize FPS grows up to +/- 160 FPS but it's not much as my hardware can reach (in past it was about 300 FPS)
--There is another way to "fix": change resolution to a random one and then change back to my primary resolution, and then when i'm changing menus FPS is normal 116, but when i start match FPS falls down again and again i have to minimalize and maximalize CS or change resolution.
I have't this problem in past with SSD.
When CS:GO is on HDD FPS is normal: on menu 116 and up to 300 while match, but maps loading slower and thats why i think it's SSD problem.
My system and software is up to date so i have the newest versions.
My PC Specs:
-Processor: Intel Core i7 4790K 4 GHz
-Graphics: Gigabyte Nvidia GTX 660 Ti 2 GB
-MOBO: MSI Z87 MPower MAX AC
-OS: Microsoft Windows Pro 8 x64
-RAM: Corsair Vengeance 4x4GB DDR3
-PSU: Corsair TX650W
-HDD: WD Black Caviar 1 TB 7200
-SSD: Samsung 850 Pro 128GB
What i tryed:
-Setup CS:GO powerup options like -theards 4 and -high, there is command that disables some DX features but i didn't tryed this one
-Delete and install back CS:GO on SSD
-Manualy update all software.
What I observed:
-On SSD when there is low FPS on task manager in performance tab there are no signs of high usage or something (I thought that there is 100% usage somehow but it's not)
Some screenshots from HDTune and SSD:
EDIT1: Sadlly on HDD is the same problem now...
EDIT2: Here you have a video with it, i didn't recorded with fraps or sth to avoid running anny other aplications :

And i think it's all and again sorry for my english.
Thanks so much for reply !
