CS GO launch stutter - not responding

Hello guys.. i have an issue with cs go.. (my friend has the same) when i start the game on the loading screen sometimes the games freezes and i have to restart it again and again until it works ..
Does anyone know how to fix it?

Can you describe the freeze? When you say "restart it" do you mean power down the computer and start it up, or do some ctrl-alt-del magic?

What are your full specs?

The sound is bugging like stuttering

when i say restart i mean ctrl alt del..

gtx 970
8GB ram
Asus z97 sabertooth mark 1 mobo!!!

Well, it's a software error, so how to fix it... reinstall the game perhaps?
