[SOLVED] CS:GO low average fps

Current Setup
CPU: i5 6400
Graphics Card: Gigabyte Gtx 1080 Windforce
Motherboard: Gigabyte h170m-d3h
Storage: Adata Xpg 8200 240 GB
Ram: Hyperx Fury 8GB 2133Mhz x1

Recently I have upgraded my gpu from gtx 960 to gtx 1080 but I found that the average fps in very high setting is about 160 only, but maximum fps can reach 200, is it my cpu is bottlenecking my gpu? The cpu usage when I playing CS:GO is about 70~80 %

Yep the 6400 is bottlenecking the 1080 GTX but not by that much. When you get a chance the 6700 or 6700K (second hand) will push the GTX 1080 better...
