CS:GO low fps

Hello, last summer i bought a brand new pc.I thought my pc performed well, in cs:go i get 180-200 on 1280x960 stretched on
average.Recently i saw some graphs and videos where they show 270+ fps on 1080p.Did i get unlucky and got bad cpu or do i have wrong settings or anything ?

Well the information you provide isn't sufficient to answer your question. We'd know your full system specs for that.

Keep in mind that csgo is a work in progress and with every other patch and map rework the FPS output can vary. If you're watching a 4 year old video, they'll most certainly get higher FPS due to changes in the game.

i5 7400
Asus gtx 1070
crucial 8gb (single channel)
ASUS PRIME B250M-K - MOBO
EVGA 500 bq - PSU
western digital green ssd - Storage with cs go
Videos and graphs were like 3 months old and on very demanding maps( new inferno , new dust 2, new nuke)

With your specs you should be getting 300-400 with the cpu turbo’d. Try updating bios to the latest version.

Updated the bios, but haven't noticed major changes, maybe only slight
