Cs go poor fps in competitive only

I get 200 fps in csgo on a 1v1 server with 30ppl on it and when i go to play comp my fps goes down to 40 when i move and look around.
My specs
msi b150 gaming m3
ddr4 16 gb 2400 mhz corsair vengenace lpx
intel Pentium g4400 skylake
gtx 750 ti ftw
power supply 500 watt

It is natural as the bandwith is getting divided in to smaller packets and the lag is due to the bandwith shortage when too many people join the game you are hosting.
Generally, the specs need to be a bit more juiced up for hosting such a big multiplayer game , but honestly 40 FPS is not that bad at all.

its no a sold 40 it jumps around to 19 and it only happens in a comp game and its only when i move my mouse when i spec somone and dont touch my mouse my fps goes back to 160 but when i move my mouse it goes down to 40-20.
