Question Cs GO Running really slow can't move characters everything is slow from start of game

I can't play Cs GO it's really slow lags can't move character video quality is really bad
My System specs are
CPU: Intel Xeon CPU E31220 3.10GHz
Motherboard: 7783RS6
System Type: x64-based
Ram: 8 GB
SSD/HDD: 120 Gb / 500GB
GPU: Nvidia 730 2GB
Chassis: Lenovo ThinkStation Tower
OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
I'v installed latest Nvidia drivers but nothing works it's really slow and really lags and my internet is really good i don't have internet problem

Which version of Windows 10 are you on? Which version fo Nvidia's drivers have you worked with? It's a GT730, what are you expecting it to do?
