CS:GO Windows 10 Creators FPS Problem

I have max. 300 FPS and i set fps_max 0.

Before Windows 10 Update i had over 300 FPS with the same resolution (1280x960).

while in csgo press winkey + G and select "this is a game"
it should redirect your computer resources to csgo
