csgo 144hz optimazation

i have a 144z monitor and i cant get the glassy feeling i get when playing overwatch. First overwatch had the same issue and i found out that in overwatch settings for resolution you can choose from 1920x1080 60hz, 1920x1080 120hz, 1920x1080 144hz and obviously the last one fixed my problem in overwatch and now overwatch is super smooth. how do i do this for csgo?

Did you tried -freq 120 in the launch options?

You have to type -freq 144 in launch options and when you open display adapter properties, you have to set screen's refresh rate to 144hz
