CSGO crashed above 70FPS

My computer has been having issues for a while to do with csgo. The computer restarts after going above 70fps forcing me to limit it to 70fps. This used to happen with Gmod but it only happens with csgo now. This issue also happens with Farcry4 during loading.
specs:
Intel I7 6700k
Asus GTX 1070
Asus B150M-a/m.2
Evga 600w 80plus
16gbs DDR4 ram
Dell monitor 60hz

Your psu can not deliver enough amps to your graphics card is my first tought.

try to play a few graphic intensive games and seee if the problem continues, im quite sure it will blackscreen/bluescreen at one point.

Gta 5 runs for hours on end at max graphics with no problems.

I have done this and the GPU tops at 80 degrees
The test was run for 6hours

Try to verify the integraty of your csgo files. You may also want to do a smart, generic, and self test on your drives. Could be your CSGO files are setting on a bad sector.

Maybe you need to reset csgo configs:
Open Steam library.
Right click CS:GO.
Select properties.
Select "Launch options".
Type "-autoconfig".
Launch CSGO and test if the 70 fps issue still occurs.
