CSGO: FPS Drops

Spec
CPU:AMD FX-6300
GFX: GTX 750ti
RAM; 8gbs gskill ripjaws x

so what happens
is i will be running fine at 200-300fps
and will suddenly drop a lot of frames down to 40-50fps for a quick second now i have lan and a fibre optic connection and the max mbps is 100 mbs on the lan cable.
is there anything you can suggest to help me out....

I have good internet fibre optic and what happens on csgo is i will be running 200-300fps and my fps will drop to 40-50fps and its horrible it happens every minute..
i was wondering could it be my TP-LINK which i plug into the mains electric and the lan connects to it. could this be causing lag?????
