CSGO, Good PC Bad FPS :(

Hello! i am a CSGO player and i have a pretty good pc but my fps on CSGO are low... i get about 40-90fps max and its pretty uncomfortable to play.

VSync is turned off on CSGO and Nvidia Control Panel.
idk what to do, am so sad 🙁

My Specs:

i7 4770k
GTX 960
16GB DDR3

Hope someone can help me...

Hello,

When you are playing can you check your GPU Core Clocks, you can see that with this program: https://www.hwinfo.com/download.php
Check your CPU frequency is when gaming.
Also, look at what your CPU and GPU temperature are when gaming.

if he is going for this method he have to login, not everyone likes that.

So you can do it by making a txt file on you desktop and copy the info below into it and save it as whever.reg and dobble click it afterwards and run it.

It will turn off DVR in window 10.

Try disabling hyperthreading for that game. It is known for its notorious FPS drops, you can use something like process lasso to disable the threads.

Whilst you are playing the game, can you please take screenshots of all info in Hwinfo and upload it.

:lol: No not good. Reseat the cpu cooler with fresh paste. If this doesn't help should you probably look at a better cooler.

Am using the stock cooler, am planning on buying the Corsair H60, should i?

It's not a bad cooler so you could go for it,but there are air coolers that probably cost less and perform the same.
