CSGO lag on Windows 7

Hi, im lagging on cs go on windows 7. I have 130 fps and after 10-20 minutes it starts lagging, with 50-60 fps and huge frame drops. It wasn't same on windows 8.1, what should i do ? I have drivers installed

CPU- 64 °C
Motherboard - 28 °C
Graphics - 63 °C
Storage - 34 °C

it is a laptop, no cooler :c

Your problem seems to be a server side issue or a memory leak in the game. I think that because your laptop doesn't seem to be thermal throttling. If this doesn't happen to any other game then it is the games fault. Maybe try deleting the .cfg file?(Make a copy of it first).

Yea, i think it s because of laptop. I will go back to W8.1, i have better performance on it ( i don't know how ). Thank you for answer, i will select it as best answer cause im sure that s the problem
