Sorry for not browsing the many possibilities, i tried a lil but didn't find it.
The "help" on - https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2117-ILZV-2837 - doesn't help (tried all even Repair System Files), problem still persists, I also tried the "delete steam.dll and steamUI"(or something).

So.... When I had windows 7 I never had any trouble, I'm ok/good at cs go so NEVER used any form of cheats. Tho when I switched to windows 10 I got kicked out of each second competitive game I did, resulting in a week long ban...Same thing every week recently, while I tried their "solutions". So here I am, asking the very best ppl. (of the globe?)

Got all amd hardware and an asus mobo. Need more specs, which and/or any other questions or could someone advice/refer me to a solution plz?

Btw only possible conflicting software I got is ccleaner but it's not active when I play, doubt that's the cause. Also, I still use the same Norton as when I had windows 7.

Yesterday I did option 3 of that "help" site from steam, that day and later today cs couldn't find me on matchmaking.... I ran ccleaner registry and found lots bout cs, so cleaned them up. Played one demo game and now can't connect to steam online...

I'll be back tomorrow, with an update, since i got an auto reply asking to elaborate but idk what else to say since no one asking or telling me anything.
