CSR8510 A10 USB Bluetooth Dongle

I am having troubles getting this device to work so that my windows 7 PC can have bluetooth capabilities. Can anyone please help me? I have tried several times uninstall driver and reinstall, restarted the computer, ect.

I've found this video that seems to correspond with the device in issue. Make sure that before you plug it in you install from the drivers on the CD or that correspond with whatever version is required to make the device run.

I got it to work but disabling and enabling the device. i also uninstalled the drivers whil it was disabled, then ebnabled it and windwos installed the driver just fine. i am unsure what went wrong the first time but this isnt the first time it has ever happened to me or anyone and probably happen again
