Ever since I installed Windows 10 on my PC I have been having problems with my CTRL and SHIFT keys, for example when I'm playing a game and use CTRL to crouch if i hold it in for too long I am unable to move or look around using my mouse for 3 or more seconds and other times it continues to make me crouch even though the button is no longer being pressed. The same happens when using the SHIFT key to walk.

Any help or information on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

You may be inadvertently activating some shortcuts built into Windows, such as Sticky Keys and Filter Keys. To disable these, type "Easy access keys" in Start. Uncheck the boxes labeled "Turn on Mouse Keys," "Turn on Sticky Keys," "Turn on Toggle Keys," and "Turn on Filter Keys."

I've had these turned off for a while as I thought they might be causing the problem but this was not the case, thanks for the reply though.
