I am using:
CPU: Intel Core i5-4590
SSD: Intel SSD 535 Series 240GB
M/B: ASUS H97I-PLUS
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB DDR3 Memory Kit

CrystalDiskInfo: SATA/300 | SATA/600 (Current Mode | Supported Mode)
HWiNFO : Drive Controller: Serial ATA 6Gb/s @ 3Gb/s

I used CrystalDiskInfo and HWiNFO also displayed that I am using SATA2 (3Gb/s) but my SSD or Motherboard also SATA3 (6Gb/s). H97I-PLUS motherboard only have 4 SATA3 ports, no SATA2 ports. I have replaced SATA cable but it still using SATA2. Any recommendations?

Time to read the manual that came with the motherboard, as usual though in most cases it`s a quick read, then thrown in a corner.

Right based on how many sata ports you have on your motherboard.
Each normally has two Sata capable chip sets.

One is a Intel based Sata controller, and the other can be a ASmedia controler.
By default in the bios under factory settings one Sata chip set is disabled.

One controller chip will enable use of Sata 2 ports and sata 2 devices of the motherboard based on what sata ports you have a drive plugged into.
Each Sata port in the range depending on what sata standard, speed it can run on of your motherboard is color coded on the motherboard in most cases.

Move your sata device to thoes sata ports in question, in your case the two Sata ports that say Sata6G_1 Sata6G_2 on the facing edge of the mobo towards the front of the case.
Go into the bios and for example enable your AS media sata controller chip.
Make sure you are in the advanced mode optio of your Ueif bios to see the options, basic mode will not show them.

I am using ASUS H97I-PLUS https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/H97IPLUS/specifications/ I can't find any keywords about ASmedia.
I found this http://ark.intel.com/products/82010/Intel-DH82H97-PCH in Intel's website, it said H97 have max. 6 SATA3 ports.

If you only have one Sata chipset then. you will have a extended menu option where you can set the transfer rate of each sata port, it`s mode Sata 2 or sata 3 mode to the left of the listed sata devices listed as found in the bios menu relating to sata ports.
Or you set what chip set if you do have another one, listed to control that sata port.

Example:
Intel_sata2_1 HD wd500Gb
Asmedia Sata6G_1 Samsung 850 SSD 500Gb

You must make sure that your Sata 3 devices are connected to Sata6G_1 Sata6G_2 and set them in the bios as sata 3

If the driver installs don`t work, then you may have to check where the drives, and what Sata ports they are connected to on the motherboard. and amend the mode settings or enable the Sata chip set controller for Sata 3 operation or transfer speeds of the drives ok.

It should sort your problem out if you check them ok.

It is SATA6G_3 in bios. I've tested Port 1, 2, 4 also the same.
