Hey guys, it's my first time posting here

I've built my computer a couple months ago, and it's been working great, perfectly fine. Dust started building up on the fans, so I took it apart, cleaned the fans and the case till it shined. I put everything back in, the motherboards powered, GPU is powered. LED lights on the motherboard representing CPU, RAM, VGA, and BOOT blinked in that order until the BOOT. The BOOT led stayed lit up. I got confused, took everything apart and put it back together and the same thing happened. Took off the GPU and tried again, same thing happened. Put in only 1 stick of ram, no GPU, same thing happened. I'm about to cry, rage, and lose 3 out of 6 of my minds. I'm not great with terminology, I'm still learning by the way.

Specs:
Motherboard: ASUS ROG Z370-E
CPU: i3-8100 3.6 GHz
RAM : GeIL EVO POTENZA 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) DDR4 2400
GPU : Radeon RX580 4GB
PSU : MasterWatt Lite Cooler 500

If you guys need anything, just ask

Edit: The operating system and files was on an M.2 SSD that I didn't remove from the motherboard at any time
