Custom Built Computer Randomly Freezing/Crashing

I have been having this problem for 3 months. After a certain amount of time mostly in desktop I encounter a freeze which forces me to reset the system. After I reset the problem will happen a little faster than before, until it freezes after signing in.

Problem areas are desktop, online mostly youtube, and some games will also freeze. I will also look for any more information. I also did reinstall windows 10 to no effect.

Some times of freezes I noted was stopping a video, and once as shutting down.

Any help would be appreciated. THANKS

Memtest86 passed with flying colors.

The CPU temp is at most 60 degrees Celsius, and low is 33. Motherboard is around 35 degrees. GPU is 40 degrees low, high under stress 75 degrees. Both SSD and HDD are around 36 degrees.

software problem man..

Some update from any program might have troubled your pc.
I would reinstall windows, ofc making a backup

Yeah that is most likely the best way to go. The first time I reinstalled windows I did the repair, ill try to do a fresh install after backing up.
