My friend and I both built the same computer with the same specs so we each have one. When playing games like Call of Duty and Sea of Thieves, it gets laggy and makes it unable to play. My friends PC does not do this and his works fine. The only different is my hard drive is like 90% full and his is not. What else can I do to fix this?

AMG Ryzen 7 7700 8 Core Processor 3.8GHz
32GB RAM
2TB NVME Hard drive
RTX 4060 GPU
I have Verizon internet and am hardwired in and getting 700mpbs+ so I feel like my internet connection is fine.
