In general good build, some comments:

1. why not coffee lake
2. evo 212 is not good enough for heavy overclocking
3. what monitor do you have? 1080 is better with 1440p 144hz monitor
4. psu is overkill, 450+ good quality will do, but 550 g2 or seasonic focus point is recommended

what is your major usage? Max budget?
