Custom Cooling for an Overclocked Fractal Design Node 304

Hi Guys

I have a rather potent little mITX rig build that I would like to run on custom water cooling. It's tiny and it'll be a headache, but I have seen it done at least once with this case, so I know it's an option.
My Spec:- Fractal Design Node 304 case, Asus Maximus Impact VII mobo, i7-4790K oc'd to 4.6 stable, 16Gb 2133MHz Corsair Vengeance Pro RAM, Titan X SC GPU oc'd to 1301MHz and also a H80i closed loop cooler. What I would like to do is something comparable to "The Nuclear Shoebox" ( http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/b/YKpbt6 ).
Could I have the suggestions (parts really, based on experience) of some Masters of OC and Cooling to give me some ideas where to go with this, please.

Also I could really do without all the "why bother anyway" type comments. I want to do it, because I like to do it, and this little ah heck won't be defeating me.

**UPDATE** I don't want to discuss why I want to do this. I don't wish to stay on a closed loop and would really like some thoughtful insights as to how I can progress it, without exactly copying a previous build. It can be done, in this 304 case, and that's what I want to do.

Haven't had much computer time recently - so I totally missed your post. Nice one with the 250D. I made a conscious decision with this rig to go SFF and I fell in love with the Node 304 (even though it's pretty tiny inside). It's a very tidy case and as a system it is running brilliantly - but I want to improve the temps. To be honest I don't get to any thermal throttling problems during any normal situation - but my temps do get pretty close to their safe upper limit when I play things like Witcher 3 on Ultra.
So..... I wan't to cool it properly. The easy route would be to go for a bigger case and transfer the contents, but now I am interested to know if I can achieve anything, myself, in this little case. I have seen it done once before - but am doubting my giant ham hands are going to serve me well with this one (I'm 6'6" - 280lbs - Think 'Wreck-it-Ralph').

KUDOs to you guys for even attempting something like that, I had enough problems with a small ITX with big ole carpentry hands with it just being air cooled, water cooling will be a challenge, but the external size of the case is extremely easy to accommodate just about anywhere you would need one to be put, like a home entertainment center.

I did not originally build the ITX, I acquired it in a parts trade, but I did modify it, and sell it to a friend who is still using it, but working inside of it was a challenge.

Good luck to you in your endeavor, I personally do not want to even touch another one.

I came to the modding scene quite late in life - turns out that working with computers is much more soothing than working with people (10+ Years in Nightclub Security work). I love my current rig - but I have a major drawback - I wasn't blessed with much creativity. So I can recreate, I can innovate but trying to plan this little ah heck a custom loop is giving me real headaches.
My temptation is to move everything into a Corsair Air 540 that I have been eyeing-up, but if I do that it wont be long before I start thinking that I should have gone for a better MOBO and then once I do that I'll be looking at this lonely Titan X just ripe for an SLI buddy.

I concluded that (as my gaming has diminished due to tiny humans) I could make the Node loop a project - but I think I am going to have to outsource the planning stage lol.
